In the late summer of 2016, a violent encounter in Harvey, Louisiana, claimed the life of 37-year-old Brian Rodrigue. The male victim was found inside a silver car that had crashed into a garage in the 2500 block of Brataria Boulevard on the evening of August 15th. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the chest.
