Kevin Thomas "Bo" Turner, a 52-year-old African American male, passed away on December 24, 2016, in Harvey, Louisiana. He was a native of New Orleans, LA, and a resident of Harvey, LA. Kevin was a devoted father to Kevin J. Black and a grandfather to Jaden J. Jones. He was the son of Oscar Joseph, Jr. and the late Laura Mae Turner Smith, and the stepson of John W. Smith.
