Tyrique Anthony Agnew, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 4, 2020, in Harvey, Louisiana. Tyrique was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Westwego, Louisiana. He was the beloved son of Anthony D. Agnew and Toire Nicole Agnew, and the stepson of Bruce W. Norcise. Tyrique was also a cherished grandson, great-grandson, brother, nephew, and cousin to many family members.
