On the night of May 20, 2013, a gathering in a garage in Harvey, Louisiana, turned tragic, ending the life of 23-year-old Robert Casbon. That evening, Casbon was with Phillip McClendon, 28, and another man in the garage of a home on Cimwood Drive, where they were drinking.

Just before midnight, a single gunshot shattered the night, striking Casbon in the chest. He was rushed to a nearby hospital for medical attention but succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead in the early morni ...
