Robert Casbon, a 23-year-old male from Harvey, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on May 20, 2013. The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office reported that Casbon was shot in the chest just before midnight on May 20th at 3832 Cimwood Drive in Harvey. He was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead at approximately 3:30 a.m. on May 21st.
