Andrew Elijah Davis IV, a 21-year-old resident of the Harvey area in Louisiana, was fatally shot on August 17, 2024. Born on July 29, 2003, in Gretna, Louisiana, to Andrew Davis III and Tamara Arnold, Andrew was known affectionately by his family and friends as "Drewzy" or "Lil Drew".
