Romalace James Jr., a 43-year-old African American male, passed away on June 10, 2019, in Harvey, Louisiana. His death was a significant loss to his family and community. Romalace was born on October 27, 1975, and was cherished by his parents, Romalace Sr. and Alice W. James, as well as his brother, Chad J. James. He was preceded in death by his sister, Velisha E. James, and his grandparents, Ernest and Elizabeth C. James and Eugene Williams Sr.
