In the early hours of a Friday in Harvey, Louisiana, the life of 23-year-old Tymarlous Norman-Jethro was tragically cut short. On April 26, 2019, Norman-Jethro, a male, was caught in a burst of gunfire on Lac Couture Drive. The incident, which unfolded around 12:05 a.m., was a triple shooting that resulted in the death of another man, 27-year-old Ronald Jermaine Cornin, and left a third individual wounded.
