In the early morning hours of a cold November day in Buffalo, New York, the sound of gunfire shattered the quiet streets. On November 30, 2013, 42-year-old Carl Robinson, a male resident of the city, was driving his vehicle on Oakmont Avenue with a passenger, Jeremy Godwin. Suddenly, their journey was violently interrupted when shots were fired into the car.
