Stacy Deon Devero, a 30-year-old African American male from Wrightsville, Georgia, was tragically killed on October 8, 2018, in Dublin, Georgia. Devero was shot in the neck during what authorities described as a "drug deal gone bad." He was taken to Fairview Park Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
