Kerry O'Keef Evans, a 44-year-old African American male from Dublin, Georgia, tragically lost his life on October 12, 2022. According to reports, Kerry Evans was found deceased in a yard on Musgrove Street in Dublin. The incident occurred following an argument between Evans and 56-year-old Louis James Kemp. During the altercation, Kemp shot Evans while he was seated in his vehicle. After being shot, Evans' vehicle rolled into a neighbor's yard, where he succumbed to his injuries.
