On September 4, 2023, at approximately 2:00 a.m., Richard Collins, a 29-year-old resident of Dublin, Georgia, was found dead from a gunshot wound. The incident occurred on E. Jackson Street in Dublin, near the ACES Lounge, located at 120 E. Jackson Street in Laurens County, Georgia.
The investigation, led by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) in collaboration with the Dublin Police Department, revealed that three other individuals were also hit by gunfire during the incident. The ...Read More
