Marcel Peterson, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on March 28, 2018, in Vero Beach, Florida. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the Gifford area, specifically in the 2400 block of 43rd Street. Peterson was shot and subsequently driven to the Indian River Medical Center by friends, where he succumbed to his injuries.
