James Booker III, a 31-year-old resident of Amherst, New York, was tragically killed in a shooting on the night of October 24, 2019. The incident occurred on Springville Avenue, near Oxford Avenue, which is close to Windermere Boulevard Elementary School and about a mile from the University at Buffalo South Campus.
