On a November evening in Hampton, Virginia, the life of 21-year-old Jeremiah Dean was cut short by gunfire. The fatal encounter took place on November 2, 2025, just after 7 p.m. on the second floor of a parking garage at the Peninsula Town Center. When Hampton police officers arrived at the scene in the 100 block of Cary Street, they discovered two young men with gunshot wounds. Jeremiah Dean, a resident of Hampton, was pronounced dead at the scene.
