Patrick McWanza Hewett Jr., a 25-year-old male from Hampton, Virginia, was tragically killed in a shooting incident that occurred on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at approximately 9:31 PM. The incident took place inside a vehicle in the 400 block of Michigan Avenue.
