In the late summer of 2014, the life of 17-year-old Devin Harrison was tragically cut short on a street in Hampton, Virginia. On the evening of August 19th, police responded to reports of a shooting in the first block of Ranalet Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered Harrison, a young male, suffering from a gunshot wound.
