On the evening of May 17, 2025, 36-year-old Black male, Daniela Lamont Tucker, a from Spartanburg, was mowing the lawn at a home on Logan Street when several people approached him in the yard. A brief verbal exchange turned deadly; shots were fired, and 36-year-old Daniela Lamont Tucker suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
