Anthony Neil Biggerstaff, a 45-year-old resident of Inman, South Carolina, was tragically murdered in May 2016. His body was discovered under a bridge on Jordan Road on June 2, 2016, after his car was found partially submerged in Lake Bowen near Suttles Road on May 30, 2016^1^.
