In the early morning hours of October 6, 2015, the life of 23-year-old Markeith Terrell Tracy, a Black male, was tragically cut short on Carlisle Street in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Reports from that night suggest Tracy was in a car with a female companion when a black pickup truck, occupied by two men, drove past.
