In the winter of 2019, the life of 39-year-old Belton Vindever Dandy was tragically cut short in Spartanburg, South Carolina. On the very first day of the new year, January 1st, Dandy was found deceased inside an apartment at the Camp Croft Courts on Hanover Place.
