Brodarrien K. Tate, a 16-year-old male from Spartanburg County, South Carolina, died after being shot on the evening of November 24, 2025, in the parking lot of The Bryant apartments on Bryant Road, a complex formerly known as Southern Pines. Deputies with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office were called just before 8 p.m. to a report of gunfire at 350 Bryant Road and found two people suffering from gunshot wounds.
