In the early morning hours of May 24, 2016, a woman walking near Fisher Avenue and Williams Street in Spartanburg, South Carolina, made a grim discovery that would unsettle the community. Inside a car, she found the bodies of two men, both of whom had been shot to death. One of the victims was identified as Allen Keith Sullivan, a 30-year-old Black male from Spartanburg. The other man was Jeffery Jamar Woodruff.
