Christopher Tyrone Tyshun Petty, an 18-year-old from Spartanburg, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on May 30, 2022. The incident occurred during a large Memorial Day party on Collins Avenue. The Spartanburg Police Department received complaints about the size of the gathering and the number of vehicles blocking streets and driveways.
