Christopher Devon Fowler, a 25-year-old resident of Spartanburg, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on December 23, 2019, due to a fatal shooting incident. The incident occurred outside Inkredible Tattoos, a tattoo parlor located in a strip mall on Reidville Road.
