In the days leading up to Christmas, a dispute at a Spartanburg, South Carolina tattoo parlor turned deadly, claiming the life of 25-year-old Christopher Devon Fowler. On the afternoon of December 23, 2019, an argument that began inside the shop escalated and spilled out into the open, culminating in a fatal shooting.
