Shontis Devon "Chontsy" Peak, a 21-year-old from Spartanburg, South Carolina, was tragically shot and killed on September 28, 1996. The incident occurred in broad daylight outside an apartment building. The shooter, Marcus Robinson, was only 16 years old at the time.
