Raymond Turner, a 21-year-old resident of Spartanburg, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 7, 2017, in a shooting incident at the Biggerstaff Grocery store on Farley Avenue. According to reports, Turner was engaged in a conversation with Tyshann Rashadd Smith, who was standing outside a car when the situation escalated into gunfire.
