Jeffrey Jamar Woodruff, a 24-year-old resident of Spartanburg, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on May 24, 2016. Woodruff, along with Allen Keith Sullivan, 30, was found deceased in a car on Fisher Avenue near Williams Street in Spartanburg. The discovery was made early in the morning by a woman who was walking in the area and subsequently called 911.
