Elijah Norvel James Briggs, a 17-year-old from Spartanburg, South Carolina, tragically passed away on July 11, 2021. Elijah was a native of Spartanburg and attended Spartanburg High School. He was the son of Trina Lashell Cohen and was cherished by his family and friends.
