On September 8, 2023, deputies from the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting incident at 142 Sims Lane in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The initial 911 call was made by a woman screaming for help. Upon arrival, deputies found an individual with a gunshot wound in the driveway.
