Benjamin Jesse Otis Means, a 60-year-old man, was found deceased in a home in Spartanburg, South Carolina, on Sunday, March 26, 2023. The Spartanburg Police Department subsequently launched a homicide investigation into his death.

Officers with the Spartanburg Police Department responded to a residence on Howard Street to conduct a welfare check. Upon entering the home, they discovered the body of Benjamin Means. The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office was called to the scene to assist in ...
