Death by Force

Charles Andre Wilburn, also known as 'Block,' was a 53-year-old resident of Spartanburg, South Carolina. He tragically lost his life on April 2, 2018, in a drive-by shooting. Wilburn was riding his moped on Anita Drive when he was shot multiple times. The Spartanburg County Coroner's office confirmed that he died at the scene. An autopsy was scheduled to further investigate the cause of death.
