In the spring of 2018, the life of Charles Andre 'Block' Wilburn, a 53-year-old man from Spartanburg, South Carolina, was tragically cut short. On the evening of April 2nd, Wilburn was riding his moped on Anita Drive when he was fatally shot in what authorities described as a drive-by shooting.
