Jaqwaun Tamar Mills, a 24-year-old resident of Spartanburg, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on the evening of July 26, 2022. Mills was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot near the J building of the Quail Pointe Apartments on East Blackstock Road. The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office confirmed his death as a homicide following a forensic examination.
