A simmering dispute tragically escalated, leading to the death of 25-year-old Daeshawn Shahree Brown in Spartanburg, South Carolina. On the evening of February 18, 2018, Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a call at the Summit Pointe apartments. Upon their arrival, they discovered Brown's body in the breezeway of a building. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the chest.
