On a tragic Wednesday afternoon in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the life of 19-year-old Tayshaun Khalil Thompson was cut short by gun violence. The incident unfolded on February 21, 2024, around 12:25 p.m. in the Camp Croft community on Halsey Avenue. Authorities arrived at the scene to find a black Ford sedan where both Tayshaun and his cousin, Kenterrius Keesean Thompson, were discovered with gunshot wounds.
