In the quiet afternoon of March 10, 2024, a dispute on Barnwell Road in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, tragically escalated, ending the life of 32-year-old Tyler Tanner. Tanner, a Black male, was found by Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office deputies lying beside a vehicle, having suffered from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
