Shawn Allen Sullivan, a 29-year-old white male from Bloomington, Indiana, was shot on the night of Friday, September 26, 2025, near the intersection of West Howe Street and South Morton Street, just south of downtown. Witnesses described an argument that broke the quiet, a single gunshot, and then the sudden stillness of a man on the pavement.
