Justin Wayne Kirby, a 26-year-old resident of Bloomington, Indiana, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2015. Justin was born on April 1, 1989, and was a beloved member of his community. He was a stay-at-home dad for his three children and was known for his love of the outdoors and riding his horse. Justin had a visual impairment due to rod-cone dystrophy.
