Tripp Shaw, a 4-year-old boy from Bloomington, Indiana, tragically died on January 19, 2020, due to an accidental shooting. The incident occurred while Tripp was play-wrestling with his father, Tyler Shaw, at their home. According to reports, Tyler Shaw had a Glock semi-automatic handgun tucked into his pants, which discharged during their play. The bullet struck both Tripp and his father in the head.
