In the early evening of May 20, 2025, a report of a traffic accident on the 1200 block of Woodland Avenue in Mobile, Alabama, led to a grim discovery. First responders arrived at the scene to find a vehicle had flipped over. The driver, identified as 72-year-old Cedric Tinsley, was found deceased inside the overturned car.
