On the evening of May 20, 2025, Cedric Tinsley, age 72, a male from Mobile, was found behind the wheel of a vehicle that had flipped along the 1200 block of Woodland Avenue, near Metals USA. Officers responded around 7:51 p.m. to what first appeared to be a traffic accident.
