On December 28, 2009, 21-year-old Otis Bullock was fatally shot in Chester, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred in the Highland Gardens section of Chester, where Bullock and his brother, Leon, were attacked by Angus "Gus" Richardson. The shooting was reportedly triggered by an argument between Richardson's girlfriend and Tanisha Jenifer-Mills, Otis Bullock's sister.
