Stacie Lee Burnell, a 36-year-old woman from Chester, PA, tragically lost her life on November 11, 2011. She was a mother and a sister, and her death was a result of a gunshot wound. Stacie had been struggling with heroin addiction, which led her to live on the streets of Chester.
