On December 4, 2023, at approximately 6:45 p.m., 37-year-old Terri Lynn Long was fatally shot near 21st and Edgmont in Chester, Pennsylvania. A mother of three, Terri was affectionately known as "Terri," "Tee," and "Sweet Tee."
