On a summer night in Chester, Pennsylvania, the life of 32-year-old Natalie McCready was tragically cut short. On August 9, 2008, McCready, a female, was found shot to death near the corner of West Sixth and Lincoln Streets. Alongside her was the body of 39-year-old Richard Salters, who had also been fatally shot. The discovery marked another grim chapter in a city that was experiencing a significant spike in homicides.
