Kathy Ann Kat Stewart, a 49-year-old woman from Chester, PA, tragically passed away on November 17, 2009. She was a laborer for Alloy Surfaces in Chester Township and had lived in Chester her entire life. Kathy Ann Stewart was a graduate of Chester High School.
