In the fall of 2024, the community of Chester, Pennsylvania, was shaken by the violent and untimely death of 18-year-old Monterra Nicole Wilson. A Black female, Monterra was a vibrant and ambitious senior at Chester High School, with plans to graduate in June of the following year.
