Jamecia I. Toler, a 22-year-old woman from Chester, PA, tragically lost her life on February 19, 2012. She was the loving daughter of Howard Toler and Jean Bishop Ingram, and was born and raised in Chester. Jamecia graduated from Chester High School in 2009.
