Veronica Marie "Ronnie" Benson, a 23-year-old woman from Chester, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot and killed on October 23, 2009. She was leaving her mother's house on West 8th Street when she was fatally shot in the chest. Veronica was the mother of a 2-year-old daughter. Her family believes that her ex-boyfriend, who was the father of her child and against whom she had a restraining order, was responsible for her death.
