In the early hours of Sunday, February 2, 2025, the life of 18-year-old Juan Pena was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence in the Tremont section of the Bronx. A recent graduate of Bronx Leadership Academy, the young man had a promising future ahead of him with plans to enlist in the U.S. Navy. He was reportedly just one day away from his final interview.
