Isaac Collins was a 21-year-old male from the Bronx who was killed on February 15, 2023, after gunfire erupted in the late afternoon on East 176th Street. Police said the calls came in around 5:21 p.m., drawing officers to 273 E. 176 St., where they found him wounded in the torso.
