In the Bronx, a 30-year-old Hispanic male named Jeffrey Lopez was fatally shot on the evening of May 7, 2024. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of East 187th Street and Beaumont Avenue in the Belmont neighborhood. Lopez, a father of two, was shot in the head.
